Unfortunately, the hotel is situated in a beautiful historic building which, due to its period nature, is not fully accessible for guests with mobility impairments. There is no lift and some rooms are located on higher floors accessible via stairs. Guests may request a ground-floor room when booking, and the team will always do their best to accommodate such requests.

Do rooms have Wi-Fi access?

Yes, complimentary WiFi is available in every room. A premium WiFi option is also available for guests requiring faster speeds for streaming or remote work.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?

There is no air conditioning at Ely House Hotel, in keeping with its authentic Grade II listed charm. Fans are provided in every room, and staff are happy to assist with additional comforts if needed.

Are pets allowed in the rooms?

Ely House Hotel does not currently allow pets in guest rooms. However, service animals are always welcome.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Booking direct may include complimentary late check-out, subject to availability.
