Steak Diane sirloin steak spread with Dijon mustard and pan cooked with shallots, mushrooms parsley and red wine flamed with brandy
Breast of chicken poached in chicken stock with a white wine cream sauce green grapes and parma ham
Baked pepper stuffed with spicy lentils sweetcorn and beans with a salsa
Baby chipped potatoes steamed broccoli cauliflower and carrots
